A Limited Liability Partnership (LLP) combines the flexibility of a partnership with the limited liability of a company. It suits professional firms, service businesses and small enterprises that want a simple structure with fewer compliance requirements than a company.
We take care of name reservation, incorporation filing with the MCA, drafting of the LLP agreement and its filing within the prescribed time.
