3. Enquiry forms
Our enquiry form is processed by a Google Apps Script operated in our own Google Workspace account. Your details are e-mailed to our team, a confirmation is sent to the e-mail address you enter, and a copy is kept in our private enquiry register (Google Sheets). Please do not submit PAN, Aadhaar, bank details, passwords, OTPs or tax documents through enquiry forms.
4. Sharing
We do not sell your personal data. We share information only with government portals, banks or professionals where required to perform the service you have requested, with your knowledge, or where required by law.
5. Retention
Enquiry data is retained only as long as needed to respond and follow up. Engagement records are retained for the periods required under tax and other laws.
6. Security
We use reasonable safeguards, including account security controls offered by our service providers. No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure.
